Day 294...

Happy Birthday!!

Since his b-day is so close to Halloween, we decided on a Halloween party.
It was fun! Corbin got spoiled with Bionicles from everyone that came, including us.
So now we have a thousand Bionicles! But they are cool...and the boys love them!

Day 293...Yummmmmm!!!

I made caramel apples for my son's b-day party today.  They were yummay!

Day 292...Movie night...

So I am late posting...but I did take it in time!
This was a great movie! And I was never a Transformers fan...we have a mini-theater(LOL) so it was almost as good as being at the movies! There was one part in the movie where Ironhide, the big GMC Diesel, transforms into the robot and shoots his guns to the ground to jump...it was so loud and AWESOME! My husband rewound it after the movie was over and watched that part again a couple times! It was so cool! Can't do that at a theater!! :D

9 years old...

My oldest will be 9 on Sunday!
He's very clever...the other day I was telling him that his dad and I were having our 10 year anniversary on the 18th. He quickly said..."And my birthday is 3 days after that?" I had to laugh...and said "Yes you were born 1 year and 3 days after we were married." He has this thoughtful look and says...ok...LOL!
Sometimes I think he is too smart for his own good! He cracks me up daily!
I just can't believe he is growing up so quickly! Time needs to just slow down!
Later I will come back and edit this post with some of my fave pics of him over the years...that will be fun! :D

Far from 12 years old...

LOL! Gotta read my previous blog to see what that is about! :)
I can remember when I was younger how being 16 was so far off...driving, dating all of that fun stuff...Then 18 and wanting to move out...it took so long!
I remember when I looked up to the missionaries that would come over and they seemed so old...and I always had a crush on them! LOL! And then the missionaries were not so old...and then I was the same age as them...and now...THEY ARE SO YOUNG! ROFL!
It was all about growing up as quickly as we can! And now! It just needs to slow down! Is it me or does time just go by so quickly somtimes we feel like we missed so much!? It's crazy to look at my life...4 kids...9, 7, almost 5 and almost 3?!?!
Married 10 years! Even though it feels that long...it doesn't seem that long at all!
I wouldn't change any of it for anything! Maybe that is why it goes so fast...everything is good! :D Now I am rambling...haha!

WOW! Time does fly! 10 YEARS! I am amazed just to think that!!
We met September of 1995...I was a junior in high school, he was a freshman in college. He was home for the weekend visiting. I remember telling him right away that I was going to marry him! And that didn't scare him off! We dated mostly on and off for the last two years I was in high school. He dropped out of college after only a couple months. We always joke that I ruined him that way...heh. He just couldn't stand to be away from me! :)
We got engaged January 1997 when I was a senior. My parents loved him so much they would have married me off then, if I hadn't been in high school still! Even after a couple break-ups while being engaged...somehow...we still got married!
October 18, 1997!
And here we are today! It's been a wonderful 10 years and I can't wait til I am sitting here talking about our next 10 years!
Tonight we got a sitter for the kids and went out to a nice dinner! Our waiter made me laugh! He tapped the table everytime he walked off...and everything was EXCELLENT! LOL!! He was a great waiter.
We had a few people congratulate us on our 10 years! The owner even came out and talked to us to congratulate us and mentioned how it's so great we made it ten years!
Then we had a couple tell us there was no way we could have been married 10 years cz we look like we are 12!! ROFL!! Made me laugh cuz right before that I had looked at this picture and said to Chaz... Man we are getting old haha!
I am so greatful to have my husband! I love him more than anything!
